The PTA is excited to share the programs we have lined up. These programs will be held on-site at the school unless stated otherwise. Bus transportation is not available after these programs. Parents & guardians who have students who take the bus will have to coordinate their own transportation home.
All after-school programs providers are accountable for operating the programs (registration, logistics, payment, etc.) and are run independently from the PTA. Providers are solely responsible for the children during class time, not Monta Loma Elementary School nor Monta Loma PTA. Should you have any questions about the program, please contact the provider directly.
Mondays: Creature Creator Robotics with Snapology, Grade 1 - 5
In Snapology's Creature Creator program, your animal lover will build a variety of robotic creatures that respond to each of their programmed commands. Check out their flyer.

Tuesdays: Bay Area Chess, Grades 1 - 5
This chess program will cover the basics for beginners while also challenging experienced players with more advanced concepts. Students will have the opportunity to learn all the basics of chess and explore deeper strategies, new perspectives on problem solving, tournament preparation and more! Check out their flyer.

Wednesdays: 3D Printing Pen Club with Tree House, Grades 1 - 5
Step into the exciting world of 3D creation! Our 3D Printing Pen workshop teaches kids how to use innovative pens to draw three-dimensional objects right before their eyes. It's like magic, but it's real! This engaging program takes a fun and interactive approach, turning imagination into tangible art. Check out their flyer.

Thursdays: Lando Clay Sculptures Program, Grades K - 2
Roll, stack, and sculpt playable games to life. Each class introduces a brand-new tabletop challenge like tic-tac-toe boards, custom chess
pieces, spinning tops, and mini bowling sets, with teachers modeling key steps 1-on-1.Check out their flyer.

Thursdays: ArtHouse Studio Art Program, Grades 2-5
Create, imagine, and explore everything from chalk pastel, balloon animals, collage photos, water color, and much more! Use your imagination and create beautiful works of art that you will be proud of! Check out their flyer for details.

Fridays: Brick Tech LEGO Robotics, Grades 1 - 5
Grow your STEM skills this spring in an advanced LEGO® SPIKE Prime robotics class! Through challenging builds and refined programming, students will solve real-world tasks and explore complex engineering concepts. Ideal for students with previous experience who are ready to take robotics further. Check out their flyer.
Dates: April 17 - May 29, 2026, please note that the May 29th class is a minimum day so the class will start at 12:30pm
